Last updated: March 30, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to Intrazero. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intrazero website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intrazero.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on the Platform. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. Intrazero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Course Content

The Platform provides access to a variety of educational courses, materials, and resources created by instructors. Course content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit permission.

Intrazero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any course content. Course content represents the views and opinions of the individual instructors and does not necessarily reflect the views of Intrazero. You acknowledge that your reliance on any course content is at your own risk.

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not grant you any right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the course content in any form.

Payments & Refunds

Course prices are displayed on the Platform and may vary based on promotions, your location, and other factors. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Intrazero reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. Intrazero does not store your complete payment information on our servers.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course content. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Intrazero reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive.

Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Instructor Terms

Instructors who publish courses on the Platform agree to additional terms specific to course creation and distribution. By publishing a course, you grant Intrazero a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and promote your course content through the Platform and its marketing channels.

Instructors are responsible for ensuring that their course content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or contain harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material. Intrazero reserves the right to remove any course that violates these standards.

Revenue sharing between Intrazero and instructors is governed by the Instructor Revenue Agreement, which is provided separately. Instructor earnings are calculated based on net revenue after deducting applicable fees, taxes, and refunds. Payments to instructors are made on a monthly basis, subject to minimum payout thresholds.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and all other content created by Intrazero, is the exclusive property of Intrazero and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Intrazero intellectual property without our prior written consent.

User-generated content, including course reviews, comments, and forum posts, remains the intellectual property of the respective users. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Intrazero a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate all valid claims and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intrazero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intrazero's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to Intrazero in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Intrazero does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

Intrazero reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice through email or a prominent announcement on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the deletion of your account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our practices. If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact us at legal@eduplatform.com.
